To submit your request for extension, you need the following documents:
- Transcript of records
- Support letter (signed by the head of the institute)
In order to get a transcript of records or support letter (signed by the head of the institute), please contact your Registrar's Officer.
The documents MUST BE named like this:
transcript_of_records_YOUR FULL NAME (For example: transcript_of_records_John Charlie Smith)
support_letter_YOUR FULL NAME (For example: support_letter_John Charlie Smith)
Please note that in case your full name is not included in the names of the uploaded documents, we cannot accept your request for extension!
You can only upload the documents in PDF format.
Deadline:
30 April - 23:59 (in Spring semester)
15 November - 23:59 (in Autumn semester)
